The hotel had a good location with easy access to the beach. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and dinner. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable amenities. We particularly liked the balcony view overlooking the city.

There were some downsides to our stay. The housekeeping staff did not seem to keep up with our room throughout our stay and we had to request for cleaning multiple times.

The power back up generator was appreciated, and the staff promised up to 40% discount on next visit. We also appreciated the daily room cleaning and mosquito control at night.

A lively hotel with a great location, perfect for adults and children. The room is comfortable with ample space to relax. The bathroom is reasonably clean with necessary amenities provided. The staff is friendly and tries to make us feel at home. The breakfast has many options and is worth trying. The hotel has a power backup generator, which keeps the lights on during sudden power cuts.

Some guests have experienced delays in getting water in the bathroom, which is worth notifying the staff upon arrival.

The hotel we stayed at during our city break was in a prime location, close to all the key sights and attractions. the room was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable bed and a good selection of TV channels. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help with any request we had.

The bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned and the fittings were old and tarnished. the brightness of the corridor light kept us awake as it was on throughout the night.
